Zac stumbled towards the back of the house, through a maze of sweaty, costumed bodies. The Halloween party he wound up at wasn’t his first choice for the evening, but the alcohol was free so he couldn’t complain.

Finally making his way to the silver keg on the back porch, Zac looked down at the tap and found the shiny knob to be a bit blurry. He suddenly couldn’t remember how many beers he had consumed over the night, but it was clearly obvious that he was not sober. He filled his plastic cup to the point of overflowing and began to walk back inside.

Zac stopped in the hallway, glancing at himself in the mirror. He had to admit that his long, shaggy blonde hair looked good tonight. Overall, he agreed that he was a pretty sexy fellow. The costume he had originally picked out, a simple werewolf mask, was now stuffed in his back pocket instead of on his head. A cocky smirk formed over his lips and that’s when he spotted them.

Staring at him from across the room stood two girls in very revealing costumes. One of them, the blonde one, wore a white angel costume with billowy feathered wings hanging down her back. The other, a dark brunette, had spiky red horns atop her head with a matching devil tail protruding from her tiny, red mini skirt. They giggled into each other’s ears and glanced at Zac curiously.

Quickly, Zac spun around and leaned against the wall beside him. He flashed his dazzling, girl-charmer smile. The pair was irresistibly hot and Zac knew he had to have them. The feeling in the pit of his stomach drew him to their twin beings. Yes, they were identical minus the color of their hair. Having a double conquest under his belt, Zac knew, would put him in his friends’ record books forever.

The dark-haired devil seductively waved for him to approach while the angel grinned from ear to ear. Zac couldn’t say no. He made his way to the girls and stopped before them, still unsure in his drunken state if they were actually referring to him or not.

“Why, hello there, ladies,” Zac said with a cheesy smile trying not to seem awkward.

Neither girl said anything they just continued to smile and whisper to each other.

“So, you guys enjoying the party?”

They both nodded and then pulled Zac forward, closing the comfortable space between them.

Woah, easy now,” Zac joked as the two girls began playing with his hair and kissing his neck. “Man, you guys are totally making my night! What did I do to deserve such an honor?”

Shhh,” the angel commanded bringing her finger to his lips. You didn’t have to tell Zac twice.

He leaned into them as they continued to giggle and purr in his ear. Zac closed his eyes, the only sound was the hum of the party goers around him and the black and white horror flick on the TV in the corner. In his daze he couldn’t tell which one it was. Dracula? The Wolfman? He could care less at this point.

The tightening in his stomach and pants alike began to grow and he realized that he should take the girls somewhere before they lost interest.

“You guys wanna go somewhere else?” Zac asked them hoping that it wouldn’t sound inappropriate.

Luckily, they both looked at each other agreeably and turned, awaiting Zac’s instruction.

As the threesome walked outside into the autumn, night air Zac knew exactly where to lead the girls. There was a high school down the street and an empty football field to the right of it. He figured that not only would it be amazing to score two girls at once, but to bang them on the old field would be legendary.

Forgetting he still had a plastic cup in his hand, Zac chugged the contents and discarded the trash. The red cup littered the ground while the beer furthered his spiraling intoxication.

“Here w-weee or,” Zac slurred as he wobbly walked down the 50 yard line. The twins followed closely behind him until he fell face first into the green field.

Rolling around Zac propped himself up onto his elbows and began laughing at his stupidity. He then, feeling a random urge of animalistic emotions, threw his werewolf mask on and reared his head back to howl at the moon. The girls, still standing above him, continued to smile and giggle as if they knew something he did not.

“Well, aren’t you t- two going to joooin me?” he stammered pulling the mask back off once again, his cocky grin never fading.

“We were thinking you would join us!” said the brunette evilly.

At first, Zac had no idea what they were talking about and decided not to question it. He was less confused when the blonde climbed on top of him. Sighing, he dropped his head back in ecstasy. Then, without warning, the blonde bit into the skin of his neck. Hard. Zac pushed her away as he watched blood drip down her mouth.

That’s when he noticed their glowing eyes and faces distorted into true demonic creatures. Their fingernails grew long as did their front teeth. Zac backed up, his heart racing in fear and horror at the sight before him.

He screamed as the twins attacked, knowing that he was too drunk to fight. Their teeth and nails ripped into his flesh and soon he began to see only black. Darkness surrounded him as his screams echoed through the night.
